Oklahoma Supreme Court rejects med mal reform legislation

The Oklahoma Supreme Court recently invalidated a tort reform package related to medical malpractice claims. The PopTort praises the court for watching out for the interests of malpractice victims, the Legal Profession blog also celebrates the decision, while The American Tort Reform Association offers its typical unconvincing rhetoric in response.
