Lawsuit against Pfizer argues Zoloft is no more effective at treating depression than sugar
AboutLawsuits.com is reporting (here) that a class action lawsuit has been filed against pharmaceutical company Pfizer arguing that Pfizer
has defrauded patients of $30 billion by selling them an antidepressant
that does not provide any benefits. In fact, the plaintiffs argue that studies show Zoloft is no more effective at treating depression than a sugar pill. The complaint is available here.
