Open letter to the New York legislature on medical malpractice reform
I recently blogged about efforts in New York to institute reforms in medical malpractice cases, including a cap on damages, some of which were being conducted in secret by what one commentator called "self-dealing lobbyists and hospital executives." See here and here.
