Article re Michigan Supreme Court and consumer protection
The PopTort Blog has published today a short comment on an article in the Detroit Free Press about how Michigan's Consumer Protection Act has been rendered all but toothless by the state Supreme Court, which the PopTort folks call "the most anti-consumer, anti-environment, anti-victim, precedent-disregarding court in the country."
