Jury awards $2.5 million in lead paint poisoning case

A brother and sister who grew up in a Baltimore City row house that contained toxic lead paint have been awarded $2.5 million in damages through a Maryland lead poisoning lawsuit. This is surprising because, to my knowledge, only one other case had found for the plaintiffs (in Rhode Island) in a lead paint case and that case was eventually overturned also.
