Article on preemption in products liability cases

The TortsProf blog has published a short article by Professor Benjamin C. Zipursky (Fordham University School of Law) exploring the state of the preemption doctrine in products liability cases. As Prof Zipursky argues, "the combination of preemption in Riegel and no-preemption in Wyeth does not present any truly sharp inconsistencies or paradoxes, but it nevertheless merits exploration."
