Today is this blog's 18th birthday!! and I wonder if it might be the longest continuously running torts blog out there. All the other blogs I used to keep up with from back then do not exist anymore. It is hard work to keep a blog going for this long and I am thankful that there are so many of you still following it.

The ABA Journal is reporting that a proposed bill in New Jersey targets artificial intelligence chatbots and aims to make them subject to the state’s product liability laws. You can read more on the story here.
