Back in November I posted that the FDA proposed a new regulations that would allow (and presumably encourage) generic drug manufacturers to add or update the safety warnings on their products. Now comes news that the prominent consumer advocacy group Public Citizen has published its comments on the issue, urging the FDA to move expeditiously to finalize the proposed rule. Go here for the comments and here for more on the story.
