Articles on medical malpractice myths and health care reform
Here is a link to a new article that links to a new study (and several old ones) that show once again that medical malpractice lawsuits account for just a tiny fraction of the nation’s overall health care costs. This is old news to anyone who has seriously followed the issue over the years, but some are still trying to advance the argument that we need tort reform to control the rising costs of health care.
