Jonathan Turley reports today about a new case in New York regarding the infamous no duty to help. The case relates to an incident that occurred four years ago when a young woman was pulled down the stairs of the NY subway in full view of a subway clerk and then raped even as a subway train pulled into the station. The clerk and other transit worker did nothing beyond notifying a superior that police assistance was needed. For the full story go
