Comments on Wyeth v Levine

As expected, everyone is posting about the Supreme Court's decision in Wyeth v Levine. Some blogs are celebrating the "victory" others are lamenting the "defeat." I read the majority opinion on the train coming home today. It is suprisingly short and very straighforward. I will post some comments soon after I read all the separate opinions.
