About a month and a half ago I reported that BP asked a federal judge to remove Patrick Juneau as administrator of damage claims from its 2010 oil spill, saying he failed to disclose a major conflict of interest. Juneau has now responded, accusing BP, among other things, of not being candid and of trying to mislead the court. Here is the story and a video.
