The Abnormal Use Blog has posted a short comment on the recently reported jury verdict in favor of Toyota in the first case to go to trial related to the company's recalls from a couple of years ago (Sitafalwalla v. Toyota Motor Sales, U.SA., Inc., No. 08-CV-3001 (E.D.N.Y. 2011)). According to the jury forewoman, after weighing all of the evidence, the jury "came to the conclusion that there was not a defect with the automobile." Go
