Articles on tomorrow's Supreme Court oral argument

I have mentioned several times that tomorrow the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in Williamson v. Mazda Motor, which asks the Court to determine the preemptive effect of the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration regulations on seat belts and which will allow the court to review its 2000 decision in Geier v.
