This week's top stories

In my opinion, though, the most interesting story this week is the beginning of the Supreme Court's term which has before it four very important cases related to torts issues including the constitutional limits to an intentional infliction of emotional distress claim, the reach of prosecutorial immunity and issues related to preemption in products liability claims.
