Judge orders Toyota to preserve evidence

Following a whistleblower's claim that Toyota Motor Corporation had destroyed evidence relevant to a case about rollover accidents in some Toyota vehicles (see here and here), a federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order against Toyota, ordering the company not to destroy any evidence on the crashworthiness of its vehicles.
