Last year I posted a link to a story on Wyeth v. Levine which included a short video with an interview with the plaintiff. Here are two links to more videos on the case and the issue of preemption. The first one is a 22 minute documentary by Alliance for Justice. The second one is a conference (a little over an hour long) held by the Federalist Society.
